Senior Field Agent (SFA)

Location: Flexible / Remote
Reports to: Managing General Agent or RVP

Role Summary:
The Senior Field Agent is a top-tier producer with proven expertise across multiple product lines, including Medicare, Life Insurance, Annuities, Long-Term Care, and Disability. This role is ideal for seasoned agents who want to maintain personal production while mentoring junior agents and supporting the broader agency mission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive personal production across core insurance lines
2. Serve as a mentor to newer advisors through informal coaching or co-selling
3. Participate in advanced market training and case collaboration
4. Represent Pinnacle at events, seminars, and professional networks
5. Maintain high compliance standards and ethical sales practices
6. Stay current on product updates, carrier changes, and regulatory shifts

Requirements:

1. 3+ years in insurance sales with verifiable production history
2. Multi-line experience (Medicare, Life, LTC, Annuities) strongly preferred
3. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
4. Active Life & Health license required
5. Bilingual candidates encouraged

Compensation:
Commission-based with optional override for mentoring roles
Quarterly performance bonuses and incentives available
