Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in accounting, finance, business or equivalent required.
• Three years trust administration experience or equivalent required.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers trust department accounts and maintains accuracy of reports.
• Meets with owners/beneficiaries to review client accounts.
• Reviews transactions, directs disbursements, and allocates income.
• Sets and monitors investment allocations/objectives and communicates goals with clients.
• Oversees preparation of annual distribution reports for Trust IRA clients.
• Calls on current and prospect clients to grow Department AUM.
• Confers with vendors, CPAs and attorneys to maintain relationships.
