Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CTFA or related credentials preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in fiduciary relationship management or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of trust and estate law, fiduciary regulations, and tax principles.
• Supervisory and mentoring capability.
• Excellent interpersonal and advisory skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop a book of large, complex fiduciary relationships, ensuring compliance with documents and regulations.
• Interpret and administer trust/estate documents, making discretionary and tax-related decisions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients, beneficiaries and professionals; build lasting relationships.
• Lead and mentor Trust Administrators and junior Relationship Managers; provide coaching.
• Collaborate with investment officers, trust operations, tax, and real estate services to deliver holistic support.
• Maintain detailed documentation and risk assessments in line with fiduciary expectations.
