Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Specialist, Fiduciary for our Wealth Management team in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves advising on fiduciary matters, interpreting trust documents, and ensuring compliance with fiduciary standards.

You will manage client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver risk-aware, compliant wealth solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fiduciary administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fiduciary practices, estate settlements, probate administration.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• CTFA or CFP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise Wealth Management on fiduciary matters and interpret governing trust documents.
• Coordinate the strategic plan for managing and growing client relationships with risk focus.
• Meet with clients, co-trustees, beneficiaries, and advisors to ensure fiduciary standards are met.
• Identify and address risk-related issues and support administrative tasks with the team.
• Support complex accounts and assist with estate settlements or charitable accounts as needed.
• Pursue new business opportunities and collaborate with clients to drive growth.
