Job summary

Tech Mahindra seeks a highly skilled FHIR / Interoperability Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead mapping and integration of consent, sensitivity, provenance, and policy data into FHIR R4 standards. This role ensures interoperability across Epic, REDCap, OnBase, HIMS, and other source systems, requiring deep FHIR expertise and proven architectural leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
15+ years in technical architecture, interoperability and data integration.
Healthcare project delivery experience and relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of FHIR R4 data mapping and integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable interoperability across Epic, REDCap, OnBase, HIMS and other systems.
Analyze consent, sensitivity, provenance and policy data requirements.
Maintain architecture documentation and integration workflows.
Provide guidance to development teams during implementation.
Assess interoperability solutions and recommend improvements.
Stay updated on FHIR standards and interoperability trends.
Facilitate training on FHIR standards and best practices.
