Job summary

Philip Morris International Inc. seeks a Senior Fellow for the Early Career & Leadership Development Program in Stamford, CT. This 18-24 month, in-office role offers hands-on exposure to PMI U.S.

leadership, including budget planning and strategic decision-making under the Office of the CEO. You will rotate across Finance, Corporate Strategy and Commercial, with significant travel and a fast-paced, hands-on mandate to prepare for a permanent leadership role.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing and presentation skills to craft executive-level communications.
• Strong communication and marketing instincts for brand and stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel domestically for extensive program needs.
• Financial acumen and exposure to budget planning or cost management desired.

Responsibilities

• Rotates into Finance, Corporate Strategy and/or Commercial to broaden strategic exposure.
• Contributes from day one with ownership of budget planning, cost management and financial decisions.
• Works with PMI U.S. senior leadership, including the Office of the CEO, to shape the business strategy.
• Pursues a permanent leadership role after successful program completion.
