Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
10+ years combined new product development and sustainment engineering experience.
5+ years aerospace experience.
U.S. work authorization; cannot sponsor immigration.

Responsabilités

Provide technical authority for complex projects within the product line, assessing completeness, compatibility, and risk.
Consult as product-line SME on assignments across the Division and Group.
Establish engineering expectations, best practices, and performance measures.
Review designs, deliverables, and verification for alignment with requirements and cost targets.
Mentor engineering teams to strengthen capability and knowledge.
