Job summary

You will help scale and secure a multi-tenant, FedRAMP-compliant SaaS platform running on Kubernetes, with emphasis on reliability, observability, and escalation readiness. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of software engineering, experience with FedRAMP or regulated environments, proficiency in Python or Go, and strong Bash scripting.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience managing FedRAMP SaaS environments or other regulated systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or other programming languages.
• Strong Bash scripting skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize data platform performance and capacity.
• Plan capacity, autoscaling, and disaster recovery.
• Improve observability and change management (CI/CD).
• Optimize costs and enforce infrastructure and cloud-first security.
