Job summary

SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to ensure FedRAMP High compliance across the DSS Health Cloud onboarding process. You will identify gaps, support ATO efforts, and validate alignment with NIST and RMF guidelines.

The role requires strong technical security expertise, the ability to assess and document security controls, and collaboration with ISV teams. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of FedRAMP High controls and RMF processes.
• Security architecture review and cloud security engineering in AWS/government clouds.
• Experience with vulnerability management and continuous monitoring.
• IAM, encryption, and access control knowledge.
• Ability to develop SSPs, POA&Ms, and security assessment reports.
• Strong written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assess security posture against FedRAMP High baseline requirements.
• Support ATO documentation and compliance readiness for onboarding.
• Identify security gaps and prioritize remediations with rationale.
• Evaluate alignment with Zero Trust and continuous monitoring requirements.
• Contribute to SSPs, POA&Ms, and security artifacts.
• Collaborate with cloud architects, PMs, and ISV teams to communicate findings and guide remediation.
