Job summary

A3 Consulting LLC is seeking an onsite Senior Technical Advisor to support the Program Management Office at a Federal client. The position requires programming skills as well as customer-facing soft skills and a familiarity with software development in a federal agency culture.

The role involves providing technical advisory on projects, guiding data repositories and integration, and offering oversight for architecture assessments.

Qualifications

• Familiar with development activities and able to discuss them.
• Professional, self-motivated and able to engage with government stakeholders.
• Strong oral and written communication and ability to participate in meetings with government stakeholders and provide IT recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory on projects and architecture consistent with SOA best practices regardless of technology stack.
• Provide technical guidance and implementation assistance with regards to data repositories, and integration.
• Provide technical oversight for the independent assessment of application and system architecture.
• Establish data repository guidelines and rules.
• Attend senior level meetings with stakeholders and advise on progress, challenges, and best practices.
