Job summary

Yudrio is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead a mission-critical federal Salesforce implementation. You will provide technical leadership across architecture, integrations, security, data model, Experience Cloud, and governance while partnering with stakeholders and delivery teams.

The role requires translating complex needs into scalable Salesforce designs, guiding delivery, and providing hands-on direction when needed for secure, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of Salesforce experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a Salesforce Architect/Lead role.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Hands-on with Experience Cloud / Community Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, security, data modeling, integration, and release mgmt.
• Active Salesforce certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Provide technical direction to developers, admins, QA, and integrators.
• Review designs, data models, security, and release plans.
• Ensure architecture meets federal security, privacy, and compliance.
• Lead sharing/visibility, portal access, and external access controls.
• Support DevOps, deployment planning, and governance.
• Mentor developers and ensure consistent standards.
