Red Cell Federal seeks a Senior Federal Proposal Writer (1099) to craft clear, persuasive, and compliant responses to federal solicitations. You will collaborate with Proposal Manager, capture leads, and subject matter experts to translate complex input into compelling proposal content.

This remote, project-based role reports to the Proposal Manager and sits in the Operations Cell under the COO. Active security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Formación

• Five+ years of federal proposal-writing experience with government contracting.
• Experience with Shipley or similar proposal-development methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of federal solicitations, FAR/DFARS, Sections L and M, and evaluation criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Write and edit technical approaches, management plans, staffing plans, and past performance sections.
• Create compliant outlines, storyboards, content plans, and compliance matrices.
• Interview SMEs and program leads; translate input into persuasive proposal text.
• Incorporate capture strategy and win themes; address reviewer comments promptly.
