Business Technology Integrators (BTI) seeks an experienced Sr. Program Manager to support FDA in Washington, DC.

You will manage contract performance, personnel, and resources across multiple task orders, directing 60+ employees and coordinating with FDA CORs and TOPMs.

The ideal candidate has federal PM experience, knowledge of FAR, and a proven ability to deliver on-time, compliant contract deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, information management or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of federal project management experience.
• Experience directing a workforce of 60+ employees.
• Knowledge of contract analysis, contract compliance, and FAR.
• Ability to deliver formal reports and status updates in a federal environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program and contract management across multiple FDA task orders and locations.
• Direct, manage, and coordinate a workforce of 60+ employees.
• Coordinate personnel, resources, schedules, activities, and priorities across task orders.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Perform contract analysis and compliance activities.
• Ensure work complies with FAR and agency contracting rules.
• Oversee document processing, database management, and records management.
• Serve as key contact for FDA CORs and TOPMs.
• Maintain professional communication with FDA representatives and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely responses to FDA communications and action items.
• Prepare and deliver reports and status updates.
• Monitor deliverable status across task orders.
• Identify staffing and delivery issues and coordinate resolution.
