Job summary

Axyde Analytics seeks a senior Program/Product Manager to lead the federal data, analytics and AI platform as proposed Key Personnel. The selected candidate will serve as the principal technical and administrative representative to the Government if awarded, overseeing transition, delivery, staffing, risk management, quality, schedule, customer coordination, and ongoing platform operations.

Remote within the United States is required, with occasional travel to the Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and at least five years of relevant experience.
• Senior experience in one or more applicable fields, including software delivery, data analytics, data engineering, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, product management, or technical program management.
• Demonstrated responsibility for a complex federal or regulated data-platform implementation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to provide a proposal-ready résumé immediately.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical and administrative performance across the engagement.
• Serve as the primary interface with the Government's Contracting Officer's Representative.
• Lead a six-to-twelve-month platform transition.
• Coordinate AWS architecture, data integration, analytics, AI, security, operations, and user-support teams.
• Maintain the integrated schedule, staffing plan, risk register, transition plan, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee configuration management, software quality assurance, change control, cybersecurity, and ATO activities.
• Ensure all contract tasks, deliverables, milestones, and performance standards are addressed.
• Manage continuity as staffing and requirements change.
• Support proposal development, oral presentations, technical demonstrations, and post-award mobilization.
