Quantum Sky in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Audit Lead to steer enterprise cybersecurity audits for a federal client, delivering strategic direction and executive oversight. The role requires deep federal IT auditing expertise, including FISMA, FISCAM, GAO standards, and experience in classified environments.

Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required. Hybrid-remote in Washington, DC with occasional travel, offering a compensation range of $150,000–$170,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 15+ years managing enterprise cybersecurity audits (FISMA, FISCAM, IRS, DoD, GAO).
• CISSP or CISA certifications.
• Strong leadership, written and verbal communication, and analytic and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT security frameworks, audit methodologies, and industry best practices aligned with federal standards.
• Translate complex audit findings into actionable risk insights for executive leadership.
• Provide SME for annual enterprise-level audits including FISMA, FISCAM, DoD, and GAO.
• Evaluate cybersecurity posture, risk management, and compliance with laws and policies.
• Recommend improvements to security controls, governance, and maturity across the enterprise.
• Advise stakeholders on audit readiness and remediation strategies.
• Interface with senior management up to CIO/CISO level.
• Occasional travel to program sites and adapt to dynamic environments.
