Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years experience, or a Master’s with 3+ years.
• Understanding of federal acquisition processes.
• Ability to work independently and lead tasks with minimal oversight.
• Experience supporting government customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• TS/SCI poly clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of complete contract packages incl. validations and funding coordination.
• Develop and maintain pre-award docs: Acquisition Plans, Justifications, Source Plans, RFPs.
• Support awards/modifications with accurate clauses, pricing, schedules, and deliverables.
• Conduct cost/price analysis and participate in negotiation discussions.
• Oversee post-award administration: invoices, discrepancies, schedules.
• Maintain contract documentation and track actions and deliverables.
• Interface with PM, budget, technical teams, and legal for compliant execution.
• Monitor policy changes to ensure FAR, DFARS, NRO Manuals compliance.
• Prepare reports and briefings for senior leadership.
