The Walsh Group is seeking a Project Manager for a Federal Construction project in California (Yuba County) or at Travis AFB, CA. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive strategic execution to deliver results for our clients.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in construction project management, a bachelor's degree, and a proven track record in client relationships and cost/ scheduling control. Relocation may be required; base salary ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in managing construction teams.
• Proven success in client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, and personnel management.
• Manage project start up through close-out.
• Develop strategy for personnel development and recruiting.
• Maintain customer relationships and coordinate safety.
• Accurate forecasting of costs for job completion.
• Ensure QA/QC plans are implemented.
