You will drive end-to-end subcontracting, from proposal through execution, ensuring compliant, best-value agreements and timely award of long-term purchase orders.

The role emphasizes mentoring teammates, building supplier strategies, and partnering with Pricing to deliver FAR15 packages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, L&C, Business, or Finance.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute FAR15 subcontracts IAW FAR, DFARS and applicable regulations.
• Build strong negotiation positions for contract execution.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Build supplier strategies to enable best overall value.
