Formación

• 10+ years paralegal experience in Texas family law.
• Deep knowledge of Texas Family Code and Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
• Familiarity with Texas local rules across multiple counties.
• Strong drafting skills (petitions, orders, discovery documents).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PDF tools, and computer systems.
• Professional email communications and occasional calls.
• Self-sufficient, able to take a project and run with it.
• Reliable internet connection and antivirus software.
• Background check and skill testing required.

Requirements

Strongly Preferred:

• Texas Certified Paralegal (or equivalent certification)Experience working virtually/remotely
  
• Familiarity with Clio, MyCase, or similar practice management software

• Experience with high-conflict or complex family law cases

Must-Have:

• 10+ years experience as a paralegal in Texas family law
