A local law firm in California is seeking an Experienced Family Law Attorney to join their team. Candidates must have at least 3 years of litigation experience in Family Law and a Juris Doctor degree. This in-person role involves client retention, managing cases, and performing various legal duties, including conducting trials and negotiations. A successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle a full caseload of 50-65 cases while meeting billable hour metrics.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of Family Law experience as a litigator.
• Ability to represent both parties (Protected and Restrained).
• Carries self professionally in attire, attitude and character.

Responsibilities

• Prepare stipulations, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research.
• Prepare for and attend legal proceedings.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients.
