Requirements include active CA Bar admission and a track record in high-stakes family-law litigation. A strong emphasis on ethics, client communication, and strategic case management is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong background in California family law.
• Active and in good standing membership in the California State Bar.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Commitment to meeting a 1600–1700 billable hour requirement annually.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters, including high-conflict custody and complex asset divisions.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Provide effective advocacy in court, hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Work with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Stay current with developments in family law and related areas.
