Qualifications
- J.D. with active Connecticut Bar in good standing.
- At least 2 years of substantial CT matrimonial and family law experience.
- Excellent legal writing, research, analytical and advocacy skills.
- Meaningful courtroom, deposition or contested-motion experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage sophisticated matrimonial and family law matters from initial strategy through settlement or trial.
- Represent clients in complex divorce, high-net-worth property division, alimony, child support, custody, parenting, prenuptial and postnuptial matters.
- Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, financial experts, valuation professionals, and other consultants.
