The ideal candidate has a JD, active Georgia Bar status, and at least four years in family law with strong courtroom and writing skills.

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active license and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
• Minimum of 4 years of family law experience preferred.
• Strong courtroom, negotiation, and litigation skills.
• Experience handling complex custody, support, and equitable division matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and case management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Manage a full caseload of family law matters, including divorce, legitimation, child custody, support, and property division.
• Develop effective case strategies and draft legal documents.
