Cage & Miles, a leading family law firm in Southern California, seeks an experienced family law attorney to join our growing team. You will manage high-stakes matters and support a lead attorney through litigation and trial.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a family law attorney.
• Demonstrated experience supporting an established litigator and preparing a lead attorney for litigation and trial.
• Experience managing a high litigation caseload, complex financial issues, and high-conflict matters.
• Must have a Juris Doctorate Degree from an ABA accredited law school.

Responsabilités

• Strategically managing a high-volume caseload involving complex financial issues and high-conflict matters.
• Thoroughly preparing an established lead attorney for litigation and trial, including organizing case materials and preparing witnesses.
• Anticipating and supporting the needs of a lead attorney throughout the lifecycle of complex litigation.
• Carefully crafting court filings and related documents such as pleadings and discovery.
• Expertly researching statutes, case law, and briefs to support case strategy.
• Assiduously following up on correspondence to keep matters on track.
• Collaborating closely with the lead attorney and team to ensure cases are thoroughly prepared.
