Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized experience required at GS-12 level or equivalent in federal/state/private sectors.
• Experience developing and overseeing preventive maintenance programs.
• Experience initiating and monitoring maintenance, renovation, construction, or repair projects.
• Experience managing contracts and contractor performance; supervising projects.
• Experience advocating for resources, budgeting and financial management.
• Familiarity with safety, physical security and environmental procedures.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical and administrative management of facilities operations and related support functions.
• Manage 24/7 data center operations to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for long-term asset performance.
• Coordinate contractor work, enforce safety standards, and direct responses to incidents.
• Plan multi-year operations, maintenance, space use, energy efficiency and resilience investments.
• Develop, justify, and execute annual operating budgets and project funding.
