JLL is hiring a Senior Facility Manager to lead comprehensive facility operations for complex commercial real estate portfolios. You will drive cost efficiency, oversee budget development, and coordinate multiple site teams to deliver world-class property management services.

The role requires strategic oversight of building systems, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize asset value and occupant experience across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive facilities management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Business acumen including financial planning and analysis.
• Must be able to manage within budget and time constraints.
• Ability to matrix manage technical and administrative staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive facility operations for complex CRE portfolios and ensure optimal building performance.
• Oversee vendor relationships and multi-site facility operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovate on cost optimization.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and client satisfaction targets.
• Develop workflows to meet SLAs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering to monitor capacity and SLA performance.
• Lead safety, quality, and customer service culture within teams.
• Partner with supply chain on value-driven improvements.
