• Documents maintenance activities and budget-related information.
• Performs on‑site repairs and leads less-experienced associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety and proper functionality of facilities and equipment.
• Inspect, clean, and repair facilities, equipment, or fixtures; document wear; estimate capital needs.
• Dismantle equipment to access defective parts and perform repairs.
• Lead on-site teams; assign scopes of work; ensure work quality and safety standards.
• Train others on safety, control troubleshooting and system operations.
• Order parts, manage inventory, and track maintenance costs.
