Job summary

TTC, Inc. seeks an experienced Facility Engineer to support a federal contract at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio. The role focuses on ICD 705 compliance, HVAC and control systems design, and reliable facility operations for NSIC locations.

A Top-Secret SCI clearance is required. The successful candidate will lead reviews of construction designs, coordinate interfaces, and monitor maintenance programs while ensuring regulatory compliance across UFC, NFPA, NEC, ABA standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio (Mechanical).
• 15+ years of experience in facility engineering.
• Familiarity with ICD 705 construction.
• Extensive experience in HVAC and control systems design.

Responsibilities

• Apply ICD 705 requirements to ensure compliance of construction designs and coordinate interfaces.
• Provide advanced facility engineering, operations, planning, and programming for NSIC locations.
• Provide mechanical system reliability and resiliency engineering for mission facilities.
• Assist NSIC in developing, executing and monitoring facility maintenance and sustainment programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with UFC, ABA, NFPA, NEC for SCIF projects.
• Deliver reviews for ICD 705 compliance within 5 business days; produce monthly reliability reports.
