Qualifications

• 5–7 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair.
• General building maintenance including carpentry and plumbing.
• Ability to troubleshoot power and mechanical systems.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment for maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and safe work practices.
• Effective problem-solving to diagnose maintenance issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Interpersonal skills to work with vendors and occupants.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the facility regularly to ensure safety, security, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, power systems, and controls.
• Perform general and preventive maintenance on building systems (carpentry, plumbing).
• Coordinate and oversee vendor activities for maintenance services.
• Replace lighting components to maintain proper illumination.
• Move and arrange office furniture and equipment as needed.
• Use tools and techniques to diagnose and repair facility issues.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and report hazards.
• Work independently to prioritize tasks and meet schedules.
