Job summary

Casino Del Sol is seeking a Porter 2 to maintain high standards of cleanliness across the Gaming Enterprise Division facilities. You will perform advanced custodial duties, supervise Porter 1 staff, set up for events, and ensure safe operation of cleaning equipment.

The role requires lifting, standing, and working around guests and high-traffic areas in a casino environment. Employment is on-site with full-time hours and periodic shifts, including weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Two years of cleaning services experience, preferably in a multi-purpose building.
• Must pass Porter 2 exercise/audition.
• Weekend/Holiday/Special events availability may be required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• U.S. work eligibility and ability to obtain gaming license/background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform Porter 1 duties and initiate routine maintenance work orders.
• Move furniture and equipment for events or setups.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, floors, walls, and fixtures.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and report malfunctions.
• Lead and train Porter 1 workers; assist with staff guidance.
