Responsibilities

• Designs HVAC, hydronics, steam, chilled water, process gases, and lab/vivaria ventilation and control systems.
• Develops feasibility studies and energy efficiency projects; performs modeling and commissioning oversight.
• Leads tenant improvements, relocations, and new construction, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensures adherence to IBC, NFPA, OSHA and other standards; supports regulatory compliance.
• Trains and mentors junior staff and collaborates with facilities operations teams.
