Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Maintenance Technician Level 4 for a global commercial real estate and facilities management client in Shrewsbury, MA. This on-site role supports building operations, facility maintenance, and contractor/vendor services, with emphasis on troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Key duties include advanced preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems, monitoring HVAC, fire alarms, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical equipment, and documenting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years of maintenance experience.
• Universal CFC Certification required; EPA Certification preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Proficient with work order systems and Microsoft Outlook.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Monitor HVAC, fire alarms, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical systems for proper operation.
• Review, complete, and document maintenance work orders, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems; respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate and inspect work by outside contractors/vendors (HVAC, landscaping, plumbing, snow removal, remodeling, cleaning).
