Job summary

Immanuel Living in Kalispell, MT, seeks a Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep of all homes facilities, equipment, and grounds. You will plan, prioritize, and complete maintenance tasks, inspect systems, and resolve issues promptly to keep residents safe and comfortable.

The role requires at least three years in maintenance, basic mechanical knowledge, and a valid driver’s license; boiler and HVAC certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Maintenance / Facilities.
• Boiler Certified and HVAC Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all Immanuel Living Home facilities, equipment, and grounds.
• Plan, control, and complete maintenance duties via Work Orders.
• Inspect, repair, and resolve maintenance problems promptly.
• Test and maintain emergency systems (generator, fire detection/suppression, ventilation, hot water, resident care systems, lifts, beds).
• Conduct QA rounds to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Stay current on state and federal maintenance regulations and Life Safety Code standards.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and pest control as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
