Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in maintenance/facilities in a pharma/biotech environment.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of plant utilities and cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the maintenance group.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repairs.
