RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilities Management

1. Review facilities and building systems for capacity and reliability; lead upgrades and validation projects.
2. Develop and lead preventive maintenance programs to ensure system reliability and performance.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve facilities and quality issues.
4. Manage site contractors for facilities, EHS, construction, security, and housekeeping needs.
5. Assign and review daily tasks for technicians and cleaning supervisors, ensuring standards are met.
6. Train and guide facilities staff to meet department goals.
7. Participate in budgeting and monitor expenditures.
8. Support maintenance system management and energy consumption analysis.
9. Investigate building issues, develop maintenance procedures, and ensure compliance with regulations.
10. Lead construction projects, evaluate requests, and ensure validation and quality documentation.

Safety & Environmental Control

1. Establish and maintain EHS and facilities culture, ensuring regulatory compliance and conducting internal audits.
2. Address safety issues, maintain legal compliance, and lead EHS initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in facility management or engineering with leadership skills.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of facilities systems, regulations, GMP, and EHS standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a team environment.

Additional travel and after-hours work may be required. The role involves collaboration across departments to ensure smooth facility operations.
