Job summary

Qualifications

• Provides quality customer service to customers with attention to detail.
• Performs groundskeeping tasks and follows maintenance schedules.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work and seasonal duties.
• Pesticide license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and administers grounds and plant maintenance tasks as part of routine operations.
• Mows lawns, trims shrubs, prunes trees, weeds beds, and maintains neat landscaping.
• Inspects and reports maintenance needs to supervisor; helps with safety and property upkeep.
• Shovels walkways and applies salt/sand during winter conditions.
• Contributes to team and displays professionalism with customers and staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
