Terumo Medical Corporation is seeking a facilities operations leader to manage the services, systems, and processes that support manufacturing operations at a Terumo facility in the United States. You will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of building infrastructure, utilities, maintenance, and related programs to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of facilities, plant engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing support experience.
• Leadership experience managing technical teams and developing talent.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities engineering, maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, cGMP, ISO compliance and safety standards.
• Manage budgets, capital projects, and cost-control initiatives.
• Oversee vendor, contractor, and service provider relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
