Leidos in Reston, Virginia, seeks a Senior Facilities Engineer to lead complex facility analysis across government and contractor teams in a fast-paced SCIF environment.
The role focuses on integrating facility systems, evaluating vulnerabilities, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions with strong written and verbal communication to Senior Officials.
Leidos has an opening for a Senior Facilities Engineer in Reston, Virginia. The primary focus of this group is understanding commercial, strategic, and heavy industrial facilities, as well as the interoperability of systems managed by Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Building Management Systems (BMS).
The ideal candidate will bring a creative yet disciplined approach to identifying and solving complex challenges involving interconnected facility systems.
Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, sound engineering judgment, and a commitment to delivering thorough, high-quality work.
The selected candidate will work as part of an interdisciplinary team of government and contractor personnel conducting strategic and critical facility analysis. Work is performed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment within a government SCIF facility.

Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00
