Job summary

Uline Inc. in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a Senior Corporate Facilities Engineer - HVAC to optimize building systems across our portfolio of 55+ facilities.

You will oversee HVAC and mechanical projects, support installations, and review budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective upgrades. You will collaborate with construction teams and leadership to drive strategic improvements and ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with HVAC, generator and mechanical systems.
• Willingness to travel to Uline locations across North America.

Responsibilities

• Support development and improvement of HVAC, mechanical and plumbing standards to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with construction teams on equipment installations, expansions and upgrades.
• Deliver strategic recommendations for new building systems and upgrades to leadership.
• Assist with construction budgets and ensure timely review of invoices.
