Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Senior Facilities Analyst for the Ft. Greely, AK location to support facility and real property management for high-priority government projects.

The role requires advanced technical capabilities, DoD security clearance readiness, and strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to plan, execute, and document MILCON and SRM initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience and DoD security clearance requirements.
  • Proven ability to work on complex government projects and sustainment programs.
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced facilities support to the Missile Defense Agency as a Facilities Analyst.
  • Participate in site facilities working groups to plan maintenance activities and facility changes.
  • Support MILCON and SRM projects from planning to documentation.
  • Plan, track, and document maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) using BUILDER e-SMS and ISR-I.
  • Review facility infrastructure and equipment and coordinate scope of work.
  • Coordinate government cost estimates and track funding.
  • Oversee contractor activities and review designs and submittals.
  • Prepare briefing documents and executive summaries for leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Venturi, LLC, a Chenega Company, has an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Facilities Analyst who will play a key role in supporting military construction for the Missile Defense Agency on the TEAMS Next Facilities Lifecycle Management contract.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced support to the Missile Defense Agency as a Facilities Analyst for facility and real property management and sustainment
  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary technical team, participating in site facilities working groups to plan for maintenance activities and facility changes
  • Support the Government Project Manager to plan, program, execute, and document Military Construction (MILCON) and sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) projects
  • Anticipate, plan, track, and document facilities maintenance activities (corrective, preventive, predictive), using BUILDER e-SMS and ISR-I
  • Review facility infrastructure and facility equipment concerns, and develop/coordinate the scope of work and plans to address
  • Coordinate government cost estimates for facilities projects and track project funding
  • Provide surveillance of maintenance and/or construction contractor activities and review technical designs and submittals
  • Prepare decision documentation at the General Officer/Senior Executive Service level to include briefings and supporting materials such as executive summaries, courses of action, status reports, and information papers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of relevant experience OR
  • Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a DoW Secret security clearance - this requires US Citizenship
  • Successfully pass background and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

  • Missile Defense Agency and DoW facility O&S engineering management
  • Working projects in conjunction with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and host installation Department of Public Works (DPW)
  • Facility condition assessments, facility repair, and renovation project standup and execution
  • USACE/Host Installation construction, repair, and renovation projects surveillance and oversight
  • Project planning, design scoping, and schedule development and analytics
  • Developing, implementing, and revising facility systems operations and maintenance manuals
  • Facility planning and engineering to support stakeholder requirements
  • Specialized relevant DoW facilities engineering and maintenance knowledge, working as a member of the team to assist with solving complex problems. Electrical/power systems experience is preferred but not required.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Adobe software suites
  • Experience with sustainment management system (SMS) programs, including BUILDER and Army ISR-I
  • Extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities as an analyst
  • Capable of leading the development and use of analytic tools, techniques, and processes for technical and administrative support activities
  • Capable of working independently or in a team to solve problems
  • Capable of providing daily supervision and direction to support teams
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Ability to resolve issues and make sound decisions in the best interest of the government customer
  • Ability to work independently, organize, and prioritize work
  • Ability to learn and support multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
  • Able to develop strong rapport with personnel representing internal and external organizations
