About KNM Global:

K&M’s Global is one of Pakistan’s largest vertical manufacturers of cotton and cotton-blend knitwear with state-of-the-art fabric mill. We serve some of the world’s most recognized brands, including Zara, American Eagle, Primark, and Walmart.

As part of our growth strategy, we are now expanding into direct fabric exports. Our goal is to bring our sustainable, high-quality knit fabrics — and select woven offerings — directly to brands, retailers, and sourcing agents across North America. To lead this effort, we’re looking for a Fabric Account Executivewith proven industry connections and the drive to open doors.

About the Role:
This is a remote, individual contributor role (with home base in New Jersey), supported by our fabric development and production teams. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, selling, and managing client relationships with a clear focus on growing our U.S. fabric business through direct sales and nomination placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, contact, and convert potential clients — including brands, retailers, and sourcing offices — for direct fabric sales or nominations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: from lead generation and sampling to pricing, negotiation, and order follow-up.
  • Collaborate with our Pakistan-based fabric development team to ensure timely sample development, tech pack alignment, and production readiness.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our fabric portfolio, capabilities, and innovations.
  • Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up, responsiveness, and a consultative sales approach.
  • Represent KNM Global at trade shows, sourcing fairs, and brand meetings (travel as needed).
  • Provide market insights, competitor feedback, and client requirements to help guide internal development and strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of fabric sales experience in the apparel or textile industry — preferably in knits; woven experience is a plus.
  • Existing relationships with decision-makers at brands, retailers, or sourcing agents in the U.S.
  • Strong understanding of fabric development, cost structures, and production lead times.
  • Confident self-starter who thrives in a remote setup and can operate with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in textiles, fashion merchandising, business, or related field preferred.
