• Strong expertise in load balancing technologies, with hands-on experience supporting F5 Networks and VMware AVI environments.
• Strong foundation in network engineering, architecture, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support load-balancing solutions.
• Partner with application teams, network and security engineers, lines of business, and external vendors.
• Develop high-level designs for load balancing infrastructure and related changes.
• Create low-level designs and configuration details for load balancing solutions.
• Provide Level 3 production support for complex operational issues.
• Document end-to-end load balancing design and architecture artifacts.
• Establish capacity thresholds, workload management plans, and performance monitoring practices.
• Collaborate with external vendors, including F5, to resolve issues and enhancement requests.
