Job summary

LTIMindtree seeks a Senior F5 Load Balancer Engineer in Plano, TX (hybrid). You will design, implement and support enterprise-scale load balancing for a large financial services environment. Deep F5 BIGIP and VMware AVI expertise, plus scripting skills, are essential to deliver scalable, secure delivery services.

You will develop HLDs/LLDs, collaborate with engineering and business units, and drive automation and capacity planning while supporting platform upgrades and new features.

Job Description Senior F5 Load Balancer Engineer

Role Description

Location: Plano, TX (3 days)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior F5 Load Balancer Engineer to serve as a Subject Matter Expert SME supporting enterprisescale load balancing initiatives within a large financial services environment The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in F5 Networks and VMware AVI strong networking fundamentals and handson experience designing implementing and supporting highavailability application delivery solutions This role requires close collaboration with engineering teams business stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable secure and resilient loadbalancing services

Key Responsibilities

• Design implement and maintain enterprise loadbalancing solutions using F5 BIGIP and VMware AVI platforms
• Develop HighLevel Designs HLDs and LowLevel Designs LLDs for application delivery and traffic management solutions
• Define architectural standards best practices and operational frameworks for loadbalancing services
• Provide Level 3 support for critical production incidents and complex infrastructure issues
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis across application network and infrastructure layers
• Collaborate with application teams to understand endtoend application flows and optimize traffic routing
• Develop automation solutions and operational tools using Python Perl Java or JavaScript
• Manage capacity planning threshold monitoring performance tuning and platform optimization activities
• Support platform upgrades lifecycle management feature enhancements and technology refresh initiatives
• Work closely with vendors internal engineering teams and business units to deliver reliable network services
• Create and maintain technical documentation operational runbooks and support procedures
• Participate in architecture reviews certifications testing and implementation of new F5 features and technologies

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
