Job summary
Resicum International, LLC seeks an experienced Aircraft Mechanic II – Avionics/Electrician to support F-15E avionics, electrical, wiring, and fiber optic work at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. The role involves maintenance, modification, inspections, and leadership of teams on complex tasks.
Required is hands-on avionics/electrical experience, ability to interpret schematics, and fiber optic qualification or ability to obtain it.
Qualifications
- Hands-on aircraft avionics/electrical maintenance experience.
- Experience troubleshooting aircraft electrical and avionics systems.
- Ability to interpret aircraft technical publications and schematics.
- Experience performing aircraft wiring maintenance.
- Fiber optic installation/inspection qualification or ability to obtain.
- Experience using aircraft-specific tools and test equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform F-15E avionics and electrical maintenance.
- Troubleshoot aircraft electrical and avionics discrepancies.
- Install, repair, modify, and route wiring and harnesses.
- Manufacture and repair aircraft wiring harnesses.
- Install and test fiber optic cables and components.
- Interpret drawings, schematics, and technical data.
- Lead maintenance teams on complex tasks when required.
- Coordinate issues with Site Supervisor/Lead Mechanic.
