• Lead the Advisory Excellence Group audit preparation and serve as primary contact for external auditors.
• Build the $101,000 - $143,000 budget line and defend each assumption behind it.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Pressure-test pricing models before they reach the Advisory Excellence Group board.
• Steer the contract grant reporting that keeps funders confident.
• Knit Facilitation pipelines into the close so data lands pre-validated.
• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for Advisory Excellence Group.
