Job summary

Gratsy is seeking a Senior Event Production professional to lead the end-to-end production lifecycle of experiential events. You will own production execution, vendor management, on-site operations, and logistics planning while ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.

The role focuses on cross-functional collaboration with the Director of Event Production, clients, and partners, mentoring Producers and field teams to uphold Gratsy’s standards and growth goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in event production, logistics, or experiential marketing.
• 3+ years of managing complex event logistics, vendors, and physical execution.
• Experience in agency, experiential, or multi-event environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production execution for assigned events and ensure all components are planned and delivered.
• Manage vendor relationships, estimates, schedules, deliverables, and quality expectations.
• Lead on-site production, setup, execution, and teardown with safety and quality focus.
• Coordinate load-in/load-out and logistics, track milestones, and communicate updates.
• Translate concepts with Creative to practical production solutions and ensure timely asset delivery.
• Mentor Producers and field teams, driving accountability through influence.
