Autodesk seeks a Senior Experience Designer to shape Autodesk.com’s digital commerce journeys from discovery to post-purchase. You’ll drive end-to-end experiences, leverage AI tools, and collaborate with PMs, Eng, Content Strategy, Analytics, and Marketing to optimize activation, conversion, and retention.

The role emphasizes customer-centric design, data-informed decisions, and a strong systems-thinking mindset to evolve the digital storefront and support growth across a global user base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related professional experience in UX design.
• Experience designing end-to-end user experiences, including IA, flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma).
• Experience incorporating AI-powered design tools into the design process to accelerate ideation, content creation, prototyping, or design exploration.
• Up-to-date expertise in human-centered design best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Content Strategy, Analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience using customer research, analytics, usability testing, and A/B experimentation to inform design decisions and optimize customer experiences.
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of customer-facing experiences across Autodesk.com and related digital touchpoints.
• Create end-to-end experiences that support Autodesk's PLG strategy by reducing friction and enabling self-service.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, content creation, prototyping, and exploration.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Content Strategy, Research, Analytics, and Business teams to deliver measurable impact.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to achieve alignment.
• Drive visual experience, usability, storytelling, and brand expression to high standards.
• Translate insights and business objectives into compelling digital experiences.
• Stay current on UX, ecommerce, AI trends to improve Autodesk's customer experiences.
