Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX design experience.
• End-to-end UX design including IA, flows, wireframes, prototypes.
• Proficient with design tools (e.g., Figma).
• Experience using AI-powered design tools in the workflow.
• Expertise in human-centered design best practices.
• Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Content Strategy, Analytics.
• Uses user research, analytics, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Excellent visual and verbal communication; distill complex ideas.
• Present designs to diverse audiences.
• Experience with interviews, ethnography, user testing.
• Collaborate with global Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of customer-facing experiences across Autodesk.com and related digital touchpoints.
• Create end-to-end experiences that support PLG by reducing friction and enabling self-service.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and exploration while maintaining quality and accessibility.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Content Strategy, Research, Analytics, and Business teams to deliver impact.
• Present design concepts and gather feedback to drive alignment.
• Drive visual experience, usability, storytelling, and brand expression.
• Translate insights and data into compelling digital experiences that improve engagement and outcomes.
• Stay current on UX, ecommerce, AI trends to improve Autodesk's experiences.
