Job summary

Paycom is seeking an Install & Dismantle Assembly Technician to perform complex exhibit assembly and ensure daily trade show operations run smoothly.

You will read production and shipping orders, assemble components per design, test for damages, lead a booth crew, and coordinate with internal teams. The role requires 5–10 years of experience, ability to lift 75 lbs, work at heights up to 10 feet, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience as Install & Dismantle Assembly Technician.
• Able to work at heights up to 10 feet.
• Able to lift 75 pounds.
• Must have trade show experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Read and analyze production and shipping orders to determine exhibit requirements.
• Assemble components of exhibit based on design specifications and setup instructions.
• Lead a team/crew for trade show booth builds.
• Perform product previews and training with internal and external clients.
• Package components to minimize damage during transport.
• Maintain clean and safe working environment and perform QC checks.
