Job summary

Guidehouse seeks an experienced strategic communications leader to drive enterprise communications strategies aligned with NGA priorities and organizational transformation. You will advise senior leadership, craft executive messaging and talking points, and manage high‑visibility events to engage stakeholders and support decision‑making.

You will plan initiatives across the IC and international partners, leading complex change efforts with a focus on adoption and workforce engagement.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or organizational change management supporting IC or DoD customers.
• Demonstrated expertise advising senior executives, developing and executing communications strategies, and producing high‑quality executive communications products.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, conduct stakeholder analysis, and align messaging across diverse internal and external audiences in fast‑paced, mission‑driven environments.

What You Will Do

Job Details

Job Family: Operational Effectiveness (ESA). Travel Required: None. Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph.

What You Will Need

• An active and maintained TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or organizational change management supporting IC or DoD customers
• Demonstrated expertise advising senior executives, developing and executing communications strategies, and producing high‑quality executive communications products
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, conduct stakeholder analysis, and align messaging across diverse internal and external audiences in fast‑paced, mission‑driven environments

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Experience supporting NGA International Affairs, GEOINT, or enterprise‑level reorganizations, including development of communications strategies during large‑scale transformation efforts
• Familiarity with multinational and interagency engagement, communications metrics analysis, and workforce engagement strategies
• Background leading high‑visibility events (e.g., All Hands, senior leader engagements, or international forums) and experience with change‑management methodologies or related certifications
